Items used in this tutorial are as follows:
You may find them here
a mask
a tube of your choice
two different types of accents
word art
The tube I used is Angel by Keith Garvey
(his images are pay to use only. You may find them here)
First pick a tube or more than one if you like
make a transparent canvas size 450 by 450
Pick yourself a light and dark color.
Flood fill the light color on your canvas.
go to adjust,
add noise
Glaussian monchrome checked at 12

Go back to adjust
Softness ,
Soften
Make a new layer and flood fill with your dark color.
Now go to layer
new mask layer
from Image
and select your mask
only have Source Luminance checked

Go to layers
merge group
now go to drop shadow
and use these settings

H and V 4 Opacity 50 blur 5
repeat but with -4 on H and V
Make your tube active
Go to Edit
then copy
now go back to your working image paste as new layer
Position your tube how you like I left mine in the middle.

and add a drop shodow I used H and V at 2 Opacity 40 Blur 2
repeat this drop shadow but with -2
If you are using a copyrighted image now is the time to placeThe copyright on your image with your license number
Now Click the eye on your tube in your layer pallete
This will close that image ( disappear)
Now click on the layer BELOW it and then go to layers
then Merge Visible
Now go back to your tube and unclick they eye and your tube will return.
Now we can play with our other elements :)
Open the butterflies from the supplies.
Since I have used pink and mauve on my image I am going to change them into
one of those colors.
How to do this?
Go to your color pallete click on the color you want your butterflies to be.
A box will pop up with the color diagram box and the hex codes and the HTML color code as well
Look at the image below

H and S are hue and saturation.
These are the two numbers you need to write down. Mine is H 246 S 87.
Now I am going to go to
Adjust ,
Hue and Saturation ,
Colorize
There you will find a slide color picker.

Make sure where it says S you make the number match your S number and the same for H.
You may want to resize your butterflies.
I resized the smallest one to 24 % and placed it on the left hand side
I added dropshadow the same as b4 2 and -2
Now go to layer
Duplicate
Image
then Mirror
If your second butterfly isnt where you would like it to be then place it as you see fit.
Now open your decos657by Sandi and choose one of them I chose the mauve one
Paste as new layer
Add dropshadow same as before
Go to layers
duplicate
Image
mirror
Go to layer
duplicate again
then image
flip
then layer
duplicate the Image mirror
Now go to Layer
Merge Visible
Open Word art and copy paste as new layer.
I have already applied the drop shadow to this If you would like to add another that is fine
Now go to image
add borders
make sure that Symetric is checked and set your boxes to 1
pick your light color
( just click it on your image and it will change it )
Then click ok
Repeat but pick your dark color
repeat again and this time use your light color
Now go to effects
bordermania
frame 2
slide the first two rows to 3 leave the bottom ones at default
Now go to selections,
select all
Selections,
Modify contract place the number at 3
Go to Effects
3d effects
cut out

H and V at 3 Opacity 60 Blur 20
Repeat at -3
Go back to image add borders
This time make your number there 10
make it your light color
Click ok
Then go to selection tool
chose your magic wand
and click on the border you just added
Pick a gradiant that matches your image some what
and flood fill your selected border
Now go do effects

Innerbevel
and use these settings

then go to Selections, select none
