This tut is made using Lilac Dreams by Helga's Classie Creationz
You can purchase it here.
I am using her tagger size kit so if you are using large size you will need to resize your items used for this tut.
Now lets begins
1) Pick a paper from the kit and open it in PSP, I chose paper 6.
2)Hit shift and D at the same time to copy the paper and close the original this will be our "working image".
3)Now open your tube of choice in PSP.
Copy and paste as new layer on your working image.
Resize this layer to 130%
Go to efects, plugins, toadies, What are you? and use the following settings
X 34 Y 12
4)Go back to edit and paste as new layer
again you have your tube now as the center image.
5)Go to drop shadow and use the following settings:
V -6 H 6 Opacity 17 blur #6d2c90
Pick a dark color from the paper you are using for the dropshadow.
I used color #6d2c90
6)Repeat the drop shadow change V to 6 and make H -6
7)In your layer pallete click on the bottom layer ( this should be your paper)
Open a doodle of your choice and resize it to 47 %
8)click on your working image and place as new layer .. ( it should be right above your paper layer and right
below your toadies layer)
Position this element where you want it to be .. I moved mine to the upper left hand corner.
9)Go to dropshadow and your last setting used should be there click ok
10)Now go to layer, duplicate
then go to image, mirror
11)Go back to your layer pallete and highlight the bottom layer again ( your paper)
12)Open your elements folder and find the swag.
13)Edit, copy and paste as new layer.
14)Position the swag how you like and change the opacity of the layer to 55.
15) Now click on your top layer ( this should be your tube),
go back to elements and pick out an element of choice. I chose the
Lilac
16)Edit paste as new layer, you may want to resize this image this all depends on how you want your tag to look.
17)Drop shadow click ok ( use same settings as before )
18) Lower the opacity of this layer to 71 ( or an amount you like).
19)Layers merge visible
20)Go to effects, plugins, Xenofex2, Burnt Edges and use the following settings
21)Chose a font and a contrasting color and write your name and/or slogan of choice.
You can now either save your file as png or gif
