BabyVDezign PSP Tutorial Stardust

This tutorial was written in PSPX2 but is also compatible with all PSP versions.
You will also need a basic working knowledge of PSP for this tutorial
Items used in this tutorial are as follows:
Scrap kit Stardust by BabyVDezign. You can purchase it here.
a tube of choice
The tube I used is Eclipse II by Michael Calandra.

Open scrap kit and chose a paper of your choice in PSP.
Make sure your layer pallette is open and right click on the paper.
Click on
Promote to background layer.
Go to kit and chose a starframe of choice and open in PSP. I picked starframe3.
Edit, Copy,
Edit, Paste as new layer on your working image.
In the layer pallette click the eye on the paper layer. .. make sure you have the star frame layer selected.
Go to your Selection tool and chose your magic wand and click on the inside of the starframe.
Go to selections, Modify, Expand by 40 click ok.
Go to layer pallette and select the bottom layer and unclick the eye.
Go to Selections , Invert then hit the delete key on your keyboard.
Open your tube in psp Copy and paste it as new layer on your working image.
Give it a dropshadow with the following settings.
V3 H2 Opacity 50 Blur 10 Color black.
Duplicate this layer.
Leave one layer of your tube under your frame move the other on top of your frame.
Depending on the tube you use you may have to do some erasing start with the bottom layer if there are an excess there
erase,
then go to top layer and start erasing lightly till you have it how you want it.
Open a star string chain from the kit in PSP. Resize if needed.
Edit, Copy, Paste as new layer on your working image.
Move this layer down till its just under the star frame.
Adjust it to how you want it to be.
Give it a drop shadow * I used the same settings as before*
Erase any excess on the outer part of the frame.
Add any more elements that you would like to bling up your tag.
Place copyright info. Go to Layers, Merge Visible
Delete excess empty area from the outside of the tag, then resize.
Save as png
