This tutorial was written in PSPX2 but is also compatible with all PSP versions.
You will need a basic working knowledge of PSP and its tools for this tutorial.
Items used in this tutorial are as follows:
Scrap kit Stars and Stripes by BabyVDezign. You can purchase it here.
a tube of choice
The tube I used is Girl Bikini 6 by Al Rio ( this tube has 3 different layers so 3 differnt possibilities).

and a mask which you can find here
Open scrap kit and chose a paper of your choice in PSP.
Make sure your layer pallette is open and right click on the paper.
Click on
Promote to background layer. Resize paper to 500 X 500 ( or desired size)
FROM NOW ON THIS WILL BE REFERRED TO AS OUR WORKING IMAGE
Open mask of choice in PSP
Select working image.
Go to Layers
New Mask from Layer
Select Mask name from drop down list.
The settings you use all depend the mask you use.
Once you have the settings you like click ok.
Go to Layers, Merge Group.
Now go to Selections
Select all
Float
Defloat
Selections
Select none
Go to tube and Edit, Copy,
Edit, Paste as new layer on your working image.
Click the eye on your tube layer.
Click on the paper layer.
Click on your selection tool.
Go to working image and with your tool make an outline of the inner box in made from the mask.
Unclick the eye on your tube layer.
Go to Selections
Invert
Click on your eraser tool
Erase the excess of the tube from around the selection.
Go to selections
Select none
Now use a drop shadow with the following settings
V2 H2 Opacity 43 Blur 11 *or around there* Color black
Now go through the kits elements pick and chose what ones you want to use and place them how you like.
Resize if needed.
Pick a font of your choice and write what you wish on your working image.
Dont forget to add your artists credits and your license number.
Save image.
