This tutorial was written in PSPX2 but is also compatible with all PSP versions.
You will also need a basic working knowledge of PSP and animation shop for this tutorial

Now we begin
Open your tube and mask and snow in PSP
pick any two colors you would like to use one light one dark
Place the light color as your foregroud.. dark as background
make a new image size 430 x 430
flood fill with dark color
go to layers
Load mask from image
Load mask tde_minimaske_1
and use the following settings
click ok then merge group Design, Layout, and Tutorial by BabyVDezign written on 12/06/2007
open tube
change color:
you will need your hue and saturation #'s for this
resize to 47 %
copy paste as new layer
arrange
send to bottom
make new layer
send to bottom
floodfill with your light color
adjust
add noise
Glaussion 15 monchrome
Click OK
Go to
adjust soften
soften
go to your selection tool
rectangle replace anti alias on
make your selection inside the box
drag till you reach the inside bottom of the other side
( bottom right corner)
Lock it by clicking the eye
click the eye on your layer that is the mask
clik on your middle layer which should be your scenery
selection invert
go to eraser tool
erase outside of the selection box removing excess of the background
now go to the layer with your mask unlock it
add drop shadow 3 3 50 30
lock your mask layer again
Click eye on your working image background
( unlocking it )
and merge visible
Mine is drop shadow of 1 1 50 30
then inner bevel
then drop shadow again using same settings
If you wrote on your image then you will need to lock the mask layer again
merge visible layers one more time
Unlock mask layers
Select your background layer
Go to your snow frames there are 10 of them
go to layer one on the bottom
make sure it is unlocked and copy it
go back to your working image and paste as new layer
OK now make sure all layers are visible
and select none
copy merged
edit paste as new image
Now go back to working image
hit undo till you have no snow
go back to your snow frames
click on the frame second to the bottom
make sure it is visible and not locked
copy
go to working image
again paste as new layer between main background and mask layer
edit copy merged
go to the image you had just made as a new image
go to edit
paste as new layer on this image
Keep doing this for all ten frames of snow
once this is all done
save your image as PSD
and open animation shop
Go to open
and view animation
Oh how pretty !!!!!!!!!!!!
